Ingredients
1 kilo of chicken
1/2 kilo of onion
1 tablespoon toothpick
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp pepper
salt to taste
1 kilo of sweet potato
1 carrot
1 yellow chili
100 gr of olive
2 eggs
Preparation:
Parboil the chicken in a little water and then fry it, save the broth in a cup, cut the onion, chili and carrot thinly.
Boil the toothpick in 1/4 cup of water until dry, add 3 tablespoons of oil, fry the onion including the carrot and chopped chili, add the vinegar, cook until the onion turns golden, include the cup of broth and add the fried chicken, salt to taste, letting it boil for 5 minutes, serve accompanied with parboiled sweet potato, olives and egg.
